I had a question. I noticed some people use partners to buy an investment property and use the partners credit for purchase and then share title. They call the partner "Bob" on forums.  I wanted to do this with my sister.  She was going to go owner occupied with a triplex using Fha in the state of CT. I would share title. Do you add your name to the deed on the day of closing or do you add yourself to the title later? Also how do you avoid due on sale claus? How much does it usually cost? Thanks
