Land Development
I own a lot free and clear worth about $115000. It is a third of an acre. It is in a upper class neighbor hood for area and average house is about $325 to $375 thousand. Would it be better just to sell the lot or build on it and then sell it? If so, is it better to find a buyer before building and have a custom house built or build and then find a buyer?
