Vegas condos and town houses
Hello all. Just wondering what investors think about the condo deals here in Vegas? I'm seeing a lot of condos selling for $70-90/sq ft. While most small SFHs are usually $100-140/sq ft. I know that HOAs are significantly higher for condos but then there's also less maintenance issues involved. Would like to hear what vegas investors think about this trend here.
