Should I Sale or Rent My House
Hello,
I hope this is the right forum for this question. If not I apologize and redirect me to the right location. I have a home that I'm not sure whether to sell or rent. The home is 2800 sqf w/ 4 br and a bonus. The mortgage is $1800 and is a little more than I can afford right now and I would like to know should I sell or rent? And if so, what would be the best way to do this w/o a realtor being involved? I guess I looking for resources.
Thanks,
tdsilk
