Hello Everyone. I am starting new this year. My ultimate goal is to replace my full time job with REI hopefully starting with one Rental Property. While I am researching and learning how to "get started" my wife and I have been discussing having her do an online her Real Estate license course. I heard Kaplan University was a pretty good one.. I would like to hear your thoughts on this? Good Idea? Thank you very Much... David
