Hi all, I'm fairly new to real estate and am interested in investment properties. What are the "MUST KNOW'S" of investment properties and where can i read up on the steps start to finish? I know there is a lot of literature out there on the subject but id rather get recommendations from people who've had success following a certain structure. Thanks in advance.
