problem at walk through

I'm scheduled to close on a house tomorrow afternoon and just walked through it today. There's a smell of sewage that wasn't there when I made the offer.

If I close on the house tomorrow, and the agent who did the walk through with me confirms that the smell wasn't there previously but was there at walk through, can I get the seller's insurance to pay for any damages? Or do I lose my right for the seller to fix it if I go through with the closing? I would prefer not to delay the closing if possible.
