unlimited grants from having 501c3

Hi everyone ,

I recently found out that my wife's mother had an in home daycare on a 501c3. It was in there home that has a mortgage of 3000/month.And they do not want the house anymore is there anyway they can sign the house over to us for a cheaper mortgage? And we can sale/rent out?
