I am looking for a partner to flip homes with in the San Diego area. I have extensive experience in flipping homes. My husband is also a contractor who has one over 100 flips.  I need someone to split the cost and profit of course flipping one home at a time. I  am tired of making the investors I work with all the money and I do all the work I currently have a great short sale opportunity to flip I don't want to miss on.
