MLS PIN network or websites?

im a small investor (4 properties) and had access previously (i had a password) to the mls pin network with all the advanced data and info...

i thought anyone could pay to access this network...but i just googled it and it says only licensed brokers and appraisers...

i know i can use other websites but the information is not good enough for my analysis and for the past comps...

are there any other websites all you investors use?
