Sheriffs Sale and the Bank bidding

Stefano T.
Posted

Hello all!

I have a question and am looking for some advice and guidance.

I am currently trying to buy a property that is going to sheriffs auction on the the 16th but the broker handing the transaction wants to know who's buying the property before so the buyer can buyer directly from the bank.

Heres a contingency

Can I just go outbid the bank to make sure the bank doesn't get a better deal?

Im assuming I need a title check?
