Looking to fill a mobile home park with a few used single wide homes, any suggestions on where to find these used homes?

Cregslist!   Look outside your area. You might be surprised that the cost to move a house 2 miles. Might be the same as moving it 150 miles. Look at the surrounding area cregslist.

My wife and I found an amazing deal on cregslist that we paid the owner 6,000 dollars for and rents for 800 a month.  No rehab needed. It was beautiful.

We also found that talking with new modular and manufactured home people, as they remove old homes as a service for those that buy new ones.   They usually have a lot "out back" that has the more "seasoned" mobiles.
