I am having trouble on deciding where to begin in REI. I have put together an outline of things to do.
1. Build up personal credit.
2. Create LLC
3. Research Pre-Foreclosures
4. Create Contracts
This is where my problems begins. I know I need certain documents for approaching people who have just entered into pre-foreclosure. I do not have a lawyer to write them up for me. I just found a few documents here in the forums but I have to read them over until I understand them. Once I have a basic packet together where do I go from there and what other services will I need?
I would like to thank anyone who contributes in advance. This a new thing to me please be patient.
