Finding Cap Rates in Residential Real Estate Markets

I'm currently looking to find the general cap rates in cities/metro areas for residential housing. The data I'm looking for includes single-family homes and/or up to homes with four units. I'm just using this a starting / guide on where to look.

Where is the best place to look for this information?
