Induce Investors to invest in a new real estate development company

Hello everyone,

As a principal in a brand new real estate development  company, I am looking for advise on how to structure deals with potential investors to induce them to invest in a project.

The focus of my company is to purchase multi-family dwellings in emerging urban neighborhoods in NYC, redevelop them and "increase value add" and re-sell or potentially hold as rent.

Any advice is much appreciated.

JA

Jamie you have to put it out there and see what your local market is telling you. Local investors might take less return because of knowing the area.
