BP Podcast 99: A Denver Special!

Currently loving the Denver, and more specifically 5-Points neighborhood, discussion on the recent podcast.  As a naive investor who wants to house hack (preferably multifamily) in this neighborhood, this was a great, and reassuring podcast, thanks @Scott Trench!

It is a very tight market here in Denver, and a little bit of luck is definitely required.  I also like how he mentions balancing lifestyle with investment.  This is important to me, as I am the type of person who would burn out if I went 100% investment route and lived somewhere I wouldn't live otherwise.  This is why my focus is on the 5-Points neighborhood.  I love it, and want to be here for a while.
