HML and an LLC
I am currently reading The Book on Flipping Houses. In this and all the other books and blogs Im reading I hear both get your LLC first and also that its ok to wait until you do a few deals. With that said I am ready to do my first deal however I am one of those that has no money saved to put in and my credit is not the best, so I am going to need a HML or private lender. Should I have my LLC in place and a deal found before I approach an HML. or can I call an HML and see if they would be willing to work with me if I found a good deal.
