Any advice on negotiating terms for seller financing deals?

My business partner and I are fairly new to real estate investing. I have been doing research on buying real estate and would like some input on buying properties through seller financing. Is it something you can always negotiate for? For those who have done many deals, what are the benefits? And what are things to look for in a seller financing deal?

Thank you all for your time!
