Property Comparable / Value Search

What are some of the pay property value searches out there? I know of Realquest Pro... I got on their site and it doesn't show the price. Does anyone know the price they charge? Any other recommendations for pay services? I know of all of the free ones... they seem to only give a range of values and it seems to be rather large for any property I look up.
