I am buying my first investment property ($440K) and received a GFE page from my lender. It shows Title services and lender's title insurance $2200 and owner's title insurance $2200. Compared to what i paid for my primary house i bought last year, which is in the same town and at higher price, these fees they are much higher. how can I figure out if it is too high and how much it should be?
