Foundation issues on an distressed property purchase is one of my biggest fears. This investor basically bought a roof and a lot for $38K (which is probably still a good deal in the grand scheme). My guess is he took the biggest eye sore of a home in the neighborhood and turned it into the most eye catching home AND made some money. Kudos!
