I need a private lender for $40,000. I am in the process of selling my house and right now things are pretty tight. All the bills wer based on me and my wife and now she is not working and our credit is poor so we can't refinance the house to pull so of the equity out. We can pay monthly payments until the house sells then we will pay what is left in full. My house appraised for $322,000 in october 2005. We owe $242,000. I am stuck between a hard place and a rock.
