North Dakota Real Estate Investing
There is a massive imbalance between the supply and demand of housing in North Dakota because of the oil boom. I keep hearing its a good idea to invest in real estate in North Dakota, for example buying a fixer upper and renting it out to people working for the oil companies. Is this a true? would this be the time to do it? if so where are the opportunities in North Dakota?
