Hello my name is Patrick and I am looking at investing in Cleveland ,debating if I should look for higher rental income in not as good neighborhood V less rent in better area(Parma)with higher property price.

I am not opposed to buying a property that needs work.I am looking for a good deal,dont want to overpay for a property.

Any honest info would be appreciated.
