Anyone considered using HECM instead of HELOC money for investing?

Hello,

I am curious if anyone has any thoughts on using equity from primary residence via HECM instead of HELOC for procuring investment properties.

HECM does not require monthly payments but I wonder if anyone has used this (available only at or over age 62) ) or has any opinion for or against.
