Do you get an investment management fee from limited partners?

Lets say I do all the work. I find the property, select a management company, manage the purchase, serve as contact, etc.

Partner and I each go 50/50 down.

Do I get any extra money? How is it calculated? I would assume there would be some investment management fee.
