Does anyone have any idea of the rental market in Montgomery and Oswego area in Illinois? Particularly I am looking for experience like

(a) How easy to rent out a 3 Bed / 1 bah to 3 Bed / 2.5 bath units (SFR or Duplex)

(b) what are the expected rents from a similar home in that area?

Any reliable information would be helpful.
