Hi BP Community,

First let me start by saying how addicted I am to this site. So many great people, and so many learning tools.

I am currently an in-active RE agent in AZ seeking to get back in to the industry. My interests are my personal investments as well as some residential for clients. When it comes to my investments I am looking to quickly get involved in Fix and Flips, and Fix and Hold.

My questions are these:

When seeking a broker to hang my license with should I attempt to hang it with a broker that can also function as an investment mentor, or will hanging it with a standard broker like West USA Realty be enough to get started again?

I understand Fliping in AZ right now can be a tough game right now. Is it still something feasible in today's market or should I get back to residential first? (I would love to focus on my investments first, if I can gain ground.)

Does anyone have a suggestion on West USA Realty and/or a very active Investment Broker in the West valley that would have an interest in mentoring? I would like someone that is very active in this segment of the industry.

Can anyone provide me with an AZ (West valley investors group?) I feel I have man

I am currently involved in marketing and graphic design. I also have some other traits that can be offered to an active mentor that can get me off the ground pretty quick. I would love to work with other investors in the area as part of a team.

Basically, what is the best route to take for my objective, being that I do hold a RE license.

Thank you to all who help guide me back in to the industry. Your help is appreciated.

-Joel P.
