There is rail track right behind the house.
Hello Everyone.
This is my very first forum. I am new wholesaler from Rockland county, NY.
A motivated seller called me and when i search on her property, there is a rail track right behind her back yard. Is this be a big disadvantage to end investors? Or if the deal is so good, it doesn't matter?
Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
