Hello,

I am looking for information on closing costs for all cash purchase of 60-90K property in Texas.

Could someone please share their closing costs on a recent deal?

Thank you

Nick

Ah, good question. I buy in cash directly from the seller, so I'm not financing anything. That might add a little to your closing costs.
