Agents looking to work with investors in South GA

I'm looking for agents that want to work with a small investment company. We are looking for flip houses to sell b/w $125,000-$250,000. We purchase with cash and are able to close usually within 10days to 2 week. We own a cabinet shop and do most of our renovations in house. We look to make 20%~50% return depending on how much renovation is needed.
