Now I Know Why I Can't Find A Deal This Year

Bought 4 MLS-listed houses last year. Flipped 3 for good profits and kept one as a rental. But I can't find any deals so far this year. And now I know why.

I put one of my rentals on the market to sell at full retail (listed by myself since I am also a Realtor). It was shown yesterday by another Realtor, and her feed-back was "not interested". I asked her if a price reduction would help, and she said, "no, they are "flippers"". So, we have some (probably newbies) flippers out here looking at retail priced homes in good condition to flip. I guess I will just take the summer off.
