Question for all Buy and Hold Investors

I'd love to know, from anyone who buys and holds long-term, what you want more of, less of, what could be better, and what you really wish was cheaper. I know we all want freebies, but realistically speaking, what do you think is over priced? Or, what service do you use the most and want more of? I'm trying to get an idea of what's missing in the marketplace with regard to this business. Feel free to respond to any or all.

Thanks in advance
