I need help finding investors! Where do I find SERIOUS investors?

I have been asked to assist in marketing for serious investors to buy foreclosures in bulk. All the major banks are getting flooded with foreclosures and looking to unload them at a set price to financially sound investors.
PLEASE HELP! Suggestions?????
