Dual Heat Pump Water heaters to replace tank water heaters in Quadplex

I have a quadplex of 2Bd/2Ba apartments that currently each have old tank water heaters. I want to delete these and run a hot water loop through the entire building with connections to each apt. The heat pump water heater will be located in the adjacent laundry/storage building to "air condition" it. I plan on using two 80 gal HPWH plumbed in parallel. The loop is about 100 ft long and is run using 3/4" insulated pex. Ultimately the laundry and the 2 HPWH will be powered with a hybrid solar system. The goal of the project is to make the overall building more energy efficient, provide a semi conditioned storage area, increase rents by including all utilities and eliminate flood risks of old tank water heaters. Just wanted to get thoughts on this and recommendations on pumps and HPWH brands. The plan is to buy used 80 gal Rheem or AoSmith on Ebay. I know LG is the preferred brand but am willing to risk using the others to save cash.
