Deluge of inbound calls to buy my properties.

Is anyone else getting a steady stream and recently accelerated to a blast of calls looking to buy their properties?

I want to answer even if it is tagged as an unknown number as it could be a rental applicant or other interested party, but it is always a likely call center looking to purchase something in my portfolio. I generally tell them I am not looking to sell at any sort of discount but would sell at a premium, but that seems to break their script.
