Anyone interested in sharing their AI work flows?

Happy Easter to those that celebrate!

I’m searching for a couple of people that are using AI in their real estate business.  I run a monthly zoom and my May session is on the variety of ways AI is coursing through our industry. 
I’m curious if anyone would be willing to come in and share their screen and just let my group observe your work flow as you integrate AI. Could be research, could be contract generation, could be realtor work, could be web scraping. Anything along those lines would be awesome. 
My hope is to get 3-4 people that would share for 10 minutes each, with group discussion in between. 
It’s a small group, so not a big pressure situation. Somewhere between 20-30 expected to join.
