Anyone invested in BawldGuy Note Investment Group I, L.L.C. (SEC Form D Filing 0001678049)?

The fund started off fine, then then always given false promises and nothing written down. Jeff "Bawldguy" Brown was one of the original Bloggers on this site that got me more involved in real estate.  No activity in years.

Business is still runnning under https://bawldguyinvesting.com/

1) California Statement of info hasn't been updated in years

2) Still lists Jeff's old home as his address

I heard rumors of someone defrauding a note fund years ago and a couple of lawsuits which is typical, but wanted to see if anyone has any information.

Next step is filing a complaint with the SEC and contacting attorneys.
