Real estate? The Stock Market? Precious Metals? Crypto? Fine Art?

Last year, I found eight hundred thousand dollars in plastic-wrapped cash behind a water heater in the basement of a foreclosure home that I managed to acquire in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh. For years, I've invested in real estate, and never thought I would really have enough capital to really diversify my investments and solidify my financial position. But now, things have changed. First of all, if you were me, what would you do with this money?

And second, I could really use some help from someone proficient in these type of investment, as well as in generally moving away from real estate to other sorts of things to put my money in. Thank you so much!
