Investment outside of the Country!

I want to just hear a suggestion how this investment look like. Back in my own country I have a 2B 2B buying pricing is $100K USD. The unit will be ready to occupy in 4 Years from the purchase date ( paying 25K USD every year). Once it's ready the unit will already be appreciated to up to $130-$140k and if we rent it's presently renting for $500 Monthly. What are you thoughts on this investment and rentals Money?
