House hacking / future strategies

22 in the military utilized my VA loan a year ago to capitalize on a 3/3 single family 1974 house here in Panama City, Florida . With no down payment I went straight into remodeling the floors . The house still needs a total update . Converted a storage room to a bedroom so now 4/3 currently 5 tenants additional sleeps in spare living area as well as myself in another spare living area . After all expenses cash flow /income is great . I feel as if I have plateaued a bit and need some guidance as to what my next steps should be . Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Real estate is the road I will continue on and my goals are grand .
