What to do about pet damage when tenants did not have permission for them
I just had a tenant move out. They were not allowed to have pets. I have carpet cleaners saying there is obvious sign of damage from pet urine and damaged fibers everywhere. I have no other proof other than that. Is this enough of an evidence without actually seeing the pet and am I able to deduct the repairs for this from their security deposit?
