Building Connections with Realtors

As a Realtor myself, and someone who specializes in distressed and "Add-Value" properties. I’m always curious to hear from others in the community, especially those who’ve worked with investors or built up their own network of clients. I’d love to know: How did you find and build connections with your realtor? And for those who are investors, how did you go about connecting with your first (or even long-term) real estate clients? Was it through networking events, online platforms, or something else entirely?
