Curb Appeal for Rental

Hi all, I just purchased a single family rental that has absolutely zero landscaping. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations for simple curb appeal that requires little to no maintenance. Its a cute home. Just trying to make it more attractive from the outside. Thanks y'all!

I would say getting a modern front door and painting your garage door would bring value to the home. Gotta stick to a theme and color scheme!
