What is the Most Useful Graduate Degree for Real Estate Investors
Hey everyone!
My question: Through your own lived experience or knowledge of others, what are the most useful graduate degrees when it comes to real estate investing?
Background on me: I need to obtain a graduate degree for promotion at work, but it can be in any field at low-no cost to myself. I have a B.S. in Biology but meet the prerequisite course requirements for most any graduate program. The kicker is I must complete the program 100% online while still working full-time as a pilot. I have a passion for entrepreneurial ventures and my goal is to venture into real estate purchasing 3 properties over the next 6 years and launch a property management business at that 6 year mark. Eventually, I want to transition to multifamily or commercial real estate investing and run my own business as my full-time job. These are my goals and I'm searching for the graduate degree that will best support it or produce the greatest ROI.
Any input or opinions are appreciated and I'll do my best to respond to comments!

Agree that experience is the best education. That said since you want to get a graduate degree for work, I would suggest something business related. MBA, Finance, Accounting... There are also Graduate Degrees specific to Real Estate (Johns Hopkins offers and M.S. in Real Estate and Infrastructure).
