Entrepreneur ideas for where you enjoy traveling

Looking for entrepreneur/business ideas for an area that I enjoy traveling/vacationing...I already do Airbnb so the idea of purchasing something and while not there doing that seems ideal. Also more importantly as someone who is very cautious when using money, would using inheritance be a good idea for initial payments? In the general area I am contemplating homes cost upper 500k/low 600k..., a realtor friend who Airbnbs in that particular area says I shouldn't have a problem making over 80k, but more likely closer to 100k(as she does). Is this something you would take a chance on? If not any ideas on entrepreneur outlets for a place you enjoy vacationing/traveling to?
