Seller, finance deal
What's a good percentage down for a seller finance deal for multi family six unit and bigger? would this be a good strategy to grow your portfolio with a little down and force appreciation into the building and pull out? "Sounds good to me"I know there's a little bit of playing around when it comes to not being able to pull out the whole amount depending on the agreement between you and the seller. Any suggestions?
