What's a good percentage down for a seller finance deal for multi family six unit and bigger? would this be a good strategy to grow your portfolio with a little down and force appreciation into the building and pull out? "Sounds good to me"I know there's a little bit of playing around when it comes to not being able to pull out the whole amount depending on the agreement between you and the seller. Any suggestions?

Closing on my deal I'd have that amount. Yes 6 unit preferably with cash  flow open to anywhere

Looking to get started in the Chicagoland area. Any suggestions?

A new investor looking to grow my portfolio in commercial property in Chicago. I'm looking into 6unit apartments or any other suggestions near Chicago that I'd consider.
