What made you decide to get into real estate? Was it a specific moment or just a long-term goal? I’m curious to know what clicked for you to make that leap into the investment world.

for me it was income potential of earning commissions instead of salary.

so at 18 I got my RE license.. and while it was a bit of a chore getting going as it is for most agents.. I stuck to it and it has treated me well over the years.

I did not start investing ( other than buying a home to live in) till many years later.. I did trade in land though but they were all quick flips so not really investing more like controlling my own inventory..
