Condos

What do you all think of buying vacation condos in Florida as an investment? My wife was staying in one and was talking to an owner saying she was bringing in 60-70K for her 1200sqft condo in Ft Walton Beach. Is that realistic or is she grossly exaggerating? Just wondering your opinions, not something I would probably get into but curious of your thoughts.

Listen to podcast 57... It's all about vacation rentals. They are a niche of their own and require a strategy much different than regular rental units.
